A firetruck was involved in a crash Thursday morning in Dauphin County.

Related video above: Pennsylvania crash statistics.Middletown Volunteer Fire Department Chief Kenton Whitebread Jr. released a statement saying they were dispatched to assist with the fire just before 7 a.m."While responding to this incident, Truck 88 was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of East Harrisburg Pike and North Deodate Road, Londonderry Township," Whitebread said.The driver of the other vehicle was taken to a hospital for evaluation. No firefighters were hurt.
