GEORGE TOWN: There is a need to establish whether there is a demand for motorcycle e-hailing services such as Gojek to operate in Penang, says Chow Kon Yeow.
The Chief Minister said if the people in Penang can accept Gojek services as a mode of transport, then maybe it can be introduced.
"There is no hurry to have this service at the moment in Penang, I believe,"he said when asked after the official launch of the Penang Asian Food & Culture Festival at Hin Bus Depot on Tuesday . He said Putrajaya had to decide whether Penang or any other state in the country could have Gojek services as there might be some destinations that may not be suitable.
