Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional Malaysia (Finas)'s Studio Digital houses the latest Dolby Atmos system in Southeast Asia, capable of producing immersive sound designs with 52 speakers. Since its full operation in August 2022, Finas has worked on sound design for over 20 films, including productions from Vietnam. Finas also plans to continue its partnership with Dolby by sending local audio engineers for training on the latest sound systems, aiming to cultivate more expertise in Malaysia.
