A family of five in Kampung Cherang Melintang, Malaysia, is still living in a dilapidated house despite their efforts to build a new, more comfortable one. The construction was halted due to financial difficulties, particularly in completing the bathroom. The family, led by Nur Maizatol Akmal Ab. Shahri Falaki, who suffered a stroke, is relying on her husband, Muhamad Rizduan Shah Shafie, to manage their household chores and income.

Nur Maizatol Akmal berkata, selepas hampir dua tahun diserang strok, dia kini hanya pulih kira-kira 50 peratus. “Saya berharap sangat dapat berjalan semula dan anggota badan pulih supaya membolehkan saya melakukan kerja rumah seperti dahulu,” katanya.
