Filipino tourist charged with insulting public’s modesty

A FILIPINO tourist who was captured on video strolling naked in the city last week and charged with indecent behaviour in the magistrates’ court yesterday, was brought to the court again today and charged with insulting the modesty of the public.

Kent Caburnay Acuin, 29, pleaded not guilty to the charge of insulting the public’s modesty at Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, at 10.40am on March 13 by climbing into a car naked.
