Kota Kinabalu: A Filipino factory worker was jailed 10 months jail on Friday for assaulting his supervisor, last week.

Arjun Damli Julhasad, 38, pleaded guilty before Magistrate Stephanie Sherron Abbie to voluntarily causing hurt to Md Niezam Firdaus Saidin, 22, on July 3, at the Cement Industries Sdn Bhd in Sepanggar.The prosecution said while the complainant was on duty, Arjun intentionally stepped on his supervisor’s foot without apologising.
