Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies investigate a fatal shooting of a man at the 14600 block of Greenville on March 4, 2022A man was fatally shot Friday night after an apparent argument turned deadly in northeast Harris County, according to authorities.
"The victim and his friend arrived at one of the trailers on Greenville when he was approached by another neighbor and there was some disturbance on the street," Beall said, adding the disturbance was related to a remodel job the victim had done on a trailer."A short time later, a vehicle and a Hispanic male on a bicycle arrived on the scene.
