A man is dead after a daytime shooting rang out in West Philadelphia Saturday afternoon.
Police say an argument broke out when Beasley tried to park his car, and quickly escalated into a physical fight after the suspect reversed into the victim's car.
At one point the victim fell to the ground. The suspect fired his weapon once, then backed away, according to authorities. The suspect, identified as 29-year-old Rasheed Morrison, was taken into custody at the scene and charged with murder and related offenses. His weapon was also recovered.
