The biggest threat from this weekend’s storms is large hail but flash flooding also possible, according to the National Weather Service.

When I hit the water, it was in my mind, don’t do stupid things,” Sierra said.on Thursday, another round of isolated severe thunderstorms is possible this weekend and could put a damper on Fiesta plans.
There is a marginal risk for severe storms for all of South Central Texas, including San Antonio, starting Saturday afternoon, and a higher risk for parts of the Hill Country, according to the National Weather Service. On Sunday, storms will move south where they are expected to affect parts of the Rio Grande Plains and Coastal Plains. The San Antonio area will remain under the lower risk level for severe storms.Storms on Saturday and Sunday could produce large hail, which the NWS said is the biggest threat from this round of storms. Another risk is flash flooding, especially if heavy rainfall develops in areas that were drenched Thursday.
