The Festival of Drum and Percussion Malaysia, happening on December 7 at Dewan Seri Budiman in UiTM Shah Alam, will offer workshops, clinics, and an evening gala concert featuring renowned musicians like XPDC, Zainal Abidin, Rie Tsuji, and Steve Thornton.

The whole-day drums and percussions affair will not only feature several workshops and clinics during the day, but will end with an all-stars gala concert during the evening featuring top musicians such as Datuk Zainal Abidin, XPDC, Rie Tsuji, Steve Thornton, Ujang from local rock band Exists, and more.
There will also be a slew of solo showcases happening during the day including by Zainal Abidin, Steve Thornton, Kamrul Hussin and Sān Percussion. “This is the perfect opportunity for audiences, music lovers and students to get the best information and they are also able to ask questions directly to these musicians at this up close and personal event.
