Police say the teenager is suspected to have been raped by two men and have detained a suspect.
Kedah police chief Fisol Salleh said they are investigating the rape together with the accident case.
Kedah police chief Fisol Salleh said the teenager was suspected to have been raped by two men, Bernama reported. “One of the men was arrested yesterday, while the other is being tracked down,” he told a press conference here today.Fisol said police had received more than 140 rape reports involving minors in Kedah this year.
In the 7.05pm accident, a woman, Nur Shafiqah Abdullah, 32 was killed and her sister, Nooraliza, 43, was injured.
