Phantaisa Johnson, 21, is also charged in the indictment with conspiracy to commit robbery. Seals is set for arraignment on Wednesday. Johnson’s arraignment has not yet been set.and The Plain Dealer reached out to Seals’ attorney, public defender Edward Bryan, for comment. No attorney is listed in court records for Johnson, and she has not yet been arrested on the charges.
They later spotted a man sitting at a bus shelter outside bankruptcy court. Seals put on a mask and walked up to the man while Johnson acted as a lookout, court records say. The pair had slept in the bathroom of the Radisson Hotel. Investigators searched the restroom and found that they stashed items in the ceiling.
