: The Federal Court dismissed Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s preliminary objection to the government’s request to appeal his challenge over the alleged royal addendum order.
Also presiding on the bench were Federal Court judges Datuk Zabariah Mohd Yusof and Datuk Hanipah Farikullah. Najib has been serving his sentence at Kajang Prison since Aug 23, 2022, following his conviction for misappropriating RM42 million from SRC International Sdn Bhd.
