A Queensland father marking two years since his son, daughter-in-law and unborn grandchild died is calling for more action on youth crime.while the couple was walking dogs on January 26, 2021.Thursday is the two-year anniversary of a car crash that killed the unborn child.
Their deaths shocked Queensland and prompted new laws but Matthew Field's father, Russell, has slammed the lack of action and progress in tackling youth crime.He wants re-education camps and mandatory minimum sentences looked at for repeat offenders.The father fears the time to make a difference is running out."Something good has to come of this."
