Police in Sunbury charged 2 men in connection with the killing following a rolling argument involving two vehicles.
SUNBURY-A man is dead and two others charged in a shooting on the main street in downtown Sunbury late Thursday night that police were told was over a woman.
Jose David Jusino-Morales, 18, is accused of killing Eliud Marrero-Morales in the 400 block of Market Street, and Armando Antonio Pena-Alvayero, 21, is charged with tampering with evidence and carrying a firearm without a license. City police said when they arrived on the scene about 11:30 p.m. Marrero-Morales was lying face down in the street bleeding from a head wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
