Datin Vivy Yusof and Datuk Fadzarudin Shah Anuar, founders of FashionValet, appeared in court today, charged with criminal breach of trust over RM8 million in investment funds from Khazanah and PNB. They pleaded not guilty.

FashionValet Sdn Bhd founders, Datin Vivy Yusof and Datuk Fadzarudin Shah Anuar, appeared in the Sessions Court today facing criminal breach of trust charges involving RM8 million in investment funds from Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Permodalan Nasional Berhad . The accused, Vivy Sofinas Yusof, 37, and Fadzarudin, 36, pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The founders are alleged to have transferred RM8 million from FashionValet's bank account to 30 Maple Sdn Bhd without board approval on Aug 21, 2018. The charge, under Section 409 of the Penal Code, carries a sentence ranging from two years to 20 years in jail, along with whipping and a fine
