Footy fans have continued to take aim at Reece Walsh for his alleged spray towards a referee even after new footage of the incident was shared.
The 20-year-old star was captured yelling the word “c***” after referee Chris Butler penalised the Broncos in the 75th minute of their 18-12 loss to the Titans on Sunday.
Walsh also commented: “I was not talking to the ref, I clearly say that !! Can also see Patty come over and talk to me!!” “Thinks he's special now, shut ya mouth and play the game young fulla... Part of being a professional footballer is discipline,” one commented. The NRL match-review committee referred Walsh to the judiciary where he will have to fight further sanction to avoid missing any matches.
