PETALING JAYA: Pahang coach Fandi Ahmad was at a loss for words after his side produced one of the most amazing comebacks in the Super League to snap a two-match losing run.

Pahang found the back of the net three times in the final 10 minutes to edge Negri Sembilan 4-3 at Darul Makmur Stadium in Kuantan on Friday.“I thought I have seen it all but this is something. This victory comes from a different level of fighting spirit,” he said.

“We managed to make a comeback even without several players who were either injured or suspended to collect three points,” said Fandi, who also felt the absence of Negri’s solid defender Goulon, who was taken off in the second half due to an injury, also helped them.Meanwhile, Terengganu manager Tomislav Steinbruckner rued the decision over two red cards as his side lost 1-3 to JDT at the Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium in Gong Badak.

Argentinian Fernando Forestieri had opened the scoring for JDT in spectacular fashion with a beautiful bicycle kick from the edge of the penalty box in the 24th minute but four minutes later, Haiti’s Sony Norde equalised from a freekick for Terengganu.
