Stanton's mother flew to Oregon after hearing that her son was missing.

Miles Stanton, 21, was reported missing in October in Marion County, Oregon.

"Writing a message to post seems so insignificant right now as my heart is shattered and vant, but I know so many who loves Miles and our family and even complete strangers who are kind and concerned are constantly praying and working hard to find him," Laura Stanton wrote on Facebook Monday."We are broken. I am unable to imagine a life without him in it.

Ahead of her Facebook announcement, she also spoke to other local news outlets and expressed her agony at the situation. According to reports, on October 20 Miles Stanton finished a shift as a FedEx driver in the early afternoon.Commenting on this his mother said:"Pretty routine, go to the bathroom, buy snacks, put in gas.
