Heavy rain on Tuesday evening led to three incidents of fallen trees reported in Gombak and Petaling Jaya, Selangor, as well as Desa Melawati in Kuala Lumpur. While there were no casualties reported, the incidents caused traffic disruptions.
: Hujan lebat petang tadi menyebabkan tiga kejadian pokok tumbang dilaporkan di Gombak dan Petaling Jaya, Selangor serta Desa Melawati di sini, namun tidak melibatkan kemalangan jiwa.
“Sebaik tiba mendapati sebatang pokok tumbang dan menghalang jalan namun tidak membabitkan mangsa serta kerosakan struktur jalan,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini. “Apabila sampai di lokasi kejadian terdapat seorang mangsa di dalam kereta dan berjaya dikeluarkan,” katanya.
