A bout of COVID\u002D19 was a blessing in disguise for Roughriders\u0027 quarterback Cody Fajardo.

Fajardo has heard the speculation about the benefits of giving him another game off because the Riders are on their bye week after playing the Lions. Beyond Friday, Saskatchewan doesn’t play another game until Aug. 13 when the Riders are Edmonton to play the Elks.
