At the same time, on-site sampling conducted at the upstream locations near the Tun Abdul Aziz Mosque revealed that the dissolved oxygen content in the water was good with a measurement of between 3.2 to 4.33 milligrams per litre. Further sampling of the river water surrounding the affected area as well as forensic investigation on the fish carcasses will be done by the Selangor Environment Department and Selangor State Fisheries Department.
