Tatanggalin na ang senior high school at ipapalit ang mlitary service sa ginawang revision ng Department of Education sa K-12 program.
Sinabi sa video na pinamagatang “JUST IN : GOODNEWS! MATlNDlNG UTOS DEPED K-12 ni PNOY BUBUWAGIN PIRMADO NA! VPSARA PBBM DlLAWAN IYAK”: “Ayon sa umano ay balita, tatanggalin na sa wakas ang two-year additional senior high school at di umano ay ipapalit dito ang military service na noon pa lamang kampanyahan ay ipinangako na ni Inday Sara-Duterte na pagdaraanan ng mga kabataan.” Kinumpirma umano ito sa naging anunsiyo ng Malacanang noong Enero 10.
“The Department of Education, the Secretary VP Inday Sara Duterte presented the plans for inclusive learning, support for teachers, improving the curriculum. The DepEd will be presenting a revised K-12 curriculum for basic ed on January 30th,” ang eksaktong sinabi ni Malacañang Press Briefer Daphne Oseña-Paez. Wala siyang binanggit na papalitan ng military service ang senior high.
