It indicates a way to close an interaction, or dismiss a notification.Silicon Valley investor Dave Morin is setting up a new VC fund, following his departure from Slow Ventures in 2019, according to report from Dan Primack at Axios.Morin's partners are big tech names themselves — his wife Brit Morin, James Higa, and Nate Bosshard.

Offline Ventures will use a rolling fund structure in which backers pay into the firm on a quarterly basis, Primack wrote. The firm will require a minimum $25,000 quarterly commitment, with a goal of raising $50 million in its first year.
