The Birmingham Police Department is investigating videos that show a confrontation between officers and exhibition driving participants, authorities announced Monday night.In one of those videos, a male is seen to seemingly step in front of a police SUV and is struck by the cruiser.Police officials said the incident happened Sunday in the 900 block of third Avenue North.
“Over the last year, exhibition driving has led to injuries and death on the streets of Birmingham.
