Last fall, the property introduced a comprehensive Author’s Series in collaboration with local independent bookstore Doylestown Bookshop. Author talks are drawing literati to River House at Odette’s, a swank hotel in New Hope, Pennsylvania.Already writers such as Julian Sancton and Julie Carrick Dalton have been in residence — still to come are Jill Santopolo on April 26 along with Lynn Steger Strong on June 28 and Sarah Cypher on Oct. 25.
To keep those passions flowing, the hotel — which is set on the site of a one-time cabaret — has also devised a signature cocktail to go along with each author’s visit.
