Christopher M. Crane, the president and CEO of Chicago-based Exelon Corporation, on Thursday took a loss on his two-bedroom condominium on the 39th floor of the Trump International Hotel & Tower, selling it for $1.32 million.

Christopher M. Crane, the president and CEO of Chicago-based Exelon Corporation, on Thursday took a loss on his two-bedroom, 2,063-square-foot condominium on the 39th floor of the Trump International Hotel & Tower, selling it for $1.32 million. Crane paid $2.05 million in 2015 for the condo unit, meaning that he lost $725,000 on it over seven years.Crane first listed the condo in 2016 for $2.09 million, but took it off the market the following year. The condo has 2-1/2 bathrooms, an open floor plan, two fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling windows with motorized shades, a primary bedroom suite with 25-foot-long walk-in closets and a kitchen with full-height Snaidero cabinetry, a Miele cooktop and dishwasher, a Wolf wall oven and microwave and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.Exelon spokeswoman Elizabeth Keating confirmed to Elite Street that Crane sold the condo but added that he remains a Chicago resident. Public records show that Crane paid $3.
