Exco portfolios' list to be presented to Sultan of Terengganu on Aug 16, says MB

KUALA TERENGGANU: The list of Terengganu state government executive councillors’ portfolios will be presented to Sultan of Terengganu, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, on Wednesday (Aug 16) morning, says newly installed Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar.

KUALA TERENGGANU: The list of Terengganu state government executive councillors’ portfolios will be presented to Sultan of Terengganu, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, on Wednesday morning, says newly installed Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar .

"After presenting the list to Tuanku, I will hold the first state executive council meeting at 10 am tomorrow. He also advised Perikatan Nasional assemblymen to be open in airing their views, including criticising the state government as there was no opposition representatives elected to the state assembly this term after Perikatan made a clean sweep of the 32 state seats contested.

He also added that a more comprehensive framework is being drafted, especially to tackle the challenging economic situation, to attract investors to Terengganu.
