Former Sabah chief minister Musa Aman faces 30 counts of corruption and 16 counts of money laundering in relation to timber concessions in the state.
Umar said the defence had filed another application on the same day to refer constitutional issues to the Federal Court on a provision under the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Act, or Amla. Jamil set April 22 to 23 to hear both applications. The court also set Sept 14 to 18, Sept 21 to 24, Oct 26 to 30 as well as Nov 10 to 27 as the trial dates.
