Ex-contractor guilty in bribing former Air Force employee in San Antonio for millions of dollars in contracts
Keith Alan Seguin, 55, a former civilian worker at Randolph Air Force Base, enters the Judge John H. Wood Jr. Federal Courthouse on Tuesday, Jun 15, 2021, to plead guilty to wire fraud conspiracy and admit he rigged multi-million dollar contracts for flight-simulation software, equipment, training and related services.A former contractor pleaded guilty Wednesday to bribing a then-civilian Air Force employee at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph — to the tune of nearly $2.
Seguin, 56, has pleaded guilty, admitting he sent secret government information to Bolduc and workers with information-technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton as part of Seguin’s scheme to rig the contracts. He worked for the 502nd Trainer Development Squadron at Randolph. The largest of the contracts was for $413 million for simulation equipment and training awarded in 2013 to Booz Allen Hamilton. However, court records show Seguin and Bolduc were working in 2015 to rig another contract, valued at as much as $1.8 billion.
