KUALA LUMPUR: Ex-Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) chairman Prof Datuk Dr Sundra Rajoo has lodged a police report against Court of Appeal judge Datuk Dr Hamid Sultan Abu Backer over the latter’s affidavit which he said implicated him.
