Ewon to lead Kuskop’s delegation to Asia Pacific Ministers Conference

Kuala Lumpur: Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister Datuk Ewon Benedick will lead a delegation from his Ministry to attend the 11th Asia Pacific Cooperative Ministers’ Conference scheduled from April 28-30 in Jordan.

Ewon said the quadrennial conference is organised by the International Cooperative Alliance - Asia Pacific in partnership with the Jordan Cooperative Corporation and the Jordan Ministry of Agriculture. “I will deliver a ministerial statement during the conference and hold a meeting with the Jordanian Minister of Agriculture, Khaled Al-Huneifat, who is also the Chairman of JCC,” he said in a statement.

Both will then witness the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Cooperative Institute of Malaysia and JCC.
