Foreign Editor for The Australian Greg Sheridan says there is “absolutely no reason” goods going from the United Kingdom to Northern Ireland should have to clear a form of customs.
Mr Sheridan’s comments come after UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s Brexit deal with the European
Union, which allows Northern Ireland to exist within the UK customs zone and the EU single market.
