Bloomberg is reporting that the European Commission won’t need to go through an approvals process for Microsoft’s revised Activision Blizzard deal. Microsoft announced a restructured deal in August, designed to appease UK regulators, that involves transferring cloud gaming rights for current and new Activision Blizzard games to Ubisoft. The European Commission originally said it was “carefully assessing” the restructured deal, but it appears it’s now good to go.
