FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Ester Volunteer Fire Department and other area fire crews responded to a structure fire in the Ester area Saturday evening around 8:30 p.m.
71-year-old Amy Pohl was removed from the house. Lifesaving efforts were made to resuscitate her, who succumbed to her injuries.
