NUMSA general secretary Irvin Jim says the union together with its national and regional leadership, and officials in various sectors will meet to prepare and consolidate demands from different sectors that the union is organised in. “Collective bargaining is the core business of the union. We will be discussing today our perspective on all negotiating sectors and what are the challenges and you can see how we have started allowing industry CEOs to speak up and see how is this round of negotiations.
