A large North Bay shopping center, accommodating a mix of retail and food stores, recently hit the market for $38 million.
A large shopping center in Vallejo was recently listed for $38 million. The Vallejo Plaza Shopping Center on Sonoma Boulevard accommodates a mix of retail and food stores, including Planet Fitness, DD’s Discounts, Big 5 Sporting Goods and Filipino grocery store Seafood City. Foot Locker also recently opened a location at the mall.
The plaza takes up 239,498 square feet adjacent to the Napa River delta and near Six Flags Discovery Kingdom . The property used to be much larger, Helm said, but a portion of it was used to build a multifamily apartment complex. The mall’s listing states that it comes with 24/7 video monitoring and security patrols and that its new owner could potentially renegotiate Seafood City’s lease in 2028 to bring in a higher common area maintenance fee.
