KUALA LUMPUR: Program EmpowerHER Digital dilancarkan bagi memperkasa wanita dalam kalangan kumpulan B40 dengan kemahiran digital, akses pasaran dan bimbingan untuk mereka membina perniagaan serta meningkatkan taraf hidup.

Program tersebut merupakan kerjasama di antara Perbadanan Ekonomi Digital Malaysia dan Digital Nasional Berhad dengan sokongan SME Corp Malaysia, serta beberapa syarikat industri termasuk Shopee, TikTok, CGC Digital dan Pixlr.

Ujarnya, program itu harus diperluas ke lebih banyak negeri supaya lebih ramai wanita, termasuk di luar bandar dapat menikmati manfaat ekonomi. “Saya yakin apabila program ini diperluas, kesannya bukan hanya kepada individu tetapi akan turut memberi impak positif kepada pembangunan dan ekonomi negara,” katanya ketika merasmikan program EmpowerHER Digital 2025 di sini, hari ini.
