KUALA LUMPUR: Employers have a final grace period until May 31 to voluntarily contribute to the Social Security Organisation before penalties will be imposed for non-compliance.
"We will commence the fifteenth Ops Kesan by June, and before that, we give employers a one-month grace period to register with Socso voluntarily," he said. "If employers fail to register and contribute during this grace period, no compromise on the employer for non-compliance, and no further exemptions will be considered," he said.
