EMKAY Group, a leading property developer in Malaysia, has signed a strategic partnership with Global Net Travel Sdn. Bhd. to build a floating resort in Belum, Perak, with an estimated investment of RM20 million. The resort will feature 27 luxury villas and is expected to be fully operational by 2027. It aims to promote sustainable tourism in Malaysia while boosting the local economy by creating jobs, stimulating local businesses, and attracting both domestic and international tourists.
PETALING JAYA: Kumpulan EMKAY, pemaju hartanah terkemuka negara, memeterai kerjasama strategik dengan Global Net Travel Sdn. Bhd. bagi membina sebuah resort terapung di Belum, Perak dengan pelaburan berjumlah RM20 juta.
