Chronic oversharer Elon Musk has once again given more insight into his private life than anyone ever wanted

On Sunday, the billionaire attempted to shut down the claims in a new Wall Street Journal article that he allegedly had an affair with his friend and Google co-founder Sergey Brin’s wife, Nicole Shanahan. He tweeted that the contents of the article are “total bs” and said he was at a party with Brin the night before, sharing a selfie of the two. Then he proceeded to announce to the world, “Haven’t even had sex in ages .
One commenter asked if the billionaire had gotten any on his recent vacation on a superyacht in Greece , to which Musk responded, “Nope.” A dry spell indeed. Unfortunately, this is far from the first time Musk has invited the general public to contemplate his sex life. In May, he tweeted a graph claiming that the current birth rate in the United States is too low, before adding, “I mean, I’m doing my part haha.” And earlier this month, we learned that Musk secretly fathered twins born in November with Shivon Zilis, a top executive at one of his companies. This news came shortly after the revelation that he and Grimes had a second child via surrogate.
While these tweets are patently TMI, Musk recently made headlines for more serious allegations. Also in May, Business Insider reported on a 2018 sexual-harassment settlement between Musk and a SpaceX flight attendant. Ultimately, Musk paid $250,000 to the employee, who claims he propositioned and exposed himself to her on his corporate jet. He responded via Twitter then too, making a “joke” about the situation.
For now, I can say that if I had to learn anything about Musk’s sex life, I’m glad to learn that he’s not having any sex at all.
