Ellen Adarna regarded smoking as one of her “poor choices in life” as she opened up about the withdrawal symptoms she has been experiencing, including feeling “mentally, emotionally and physically off.” | APasajolINQ
Adarna also answered a question sent by a netizen, asking if the actress “still gets depressed days.”
“[I do get] low days, but depressed? Now. I feel depressed now because of one reason—because of the vape,” she admitted. “I feel really low. Mentally, emotionally [and] physically off.” Despite this, the actress expressed her determination as she said she has only given herself a few days to “feel off.”
“But I’ll get through this. I’ll get used to it. I’m giving myself three days to feel off then after [that], I’ll snap out of it,” she stressed. “F*cking vape—my poor choice in life. I got only myself to blame.”Adarna and her husband, actor Derek Ramsay, tied the knot in an intimate wedding in Bataan in 2021. The actress revealed last April that she and Ramsay have been planning to have a child this year.
