Atiku’s visit to Buhari came shortly after he met with two ex-military presidents, Ibrahim Babangida and Abdulsalam Abubakar, in Minna, Niger State. According to observers, the meetings suggest efforts to forge alliances and build consensus among key political figures, which could play a critical role in the dynamics of the 2027 polls.
ACF’s spokesperson, Prof. Tukur Mohammed Baba, at the weekend condemned successive Nigerian leaders’ tendency to blame their predecessors rather than take responsibility and provide solutions.
