JOHOR BARU: Police have arrested eight suspects in connection with a viral video showing a man being beaten up at an apartment in Masai.
“The police received a report from the 21-year-old local male victim who claimed the incident occurred at about 9.30pm on April 18 at an apartment in Plentong Baru, Masai,” he said in a statement on Tuesday . Following a tip-off, police arrested seven men and one woman, aged between 19 and 26, at around 2.30am on Monday at the apartment.
