Exsim Hospitality Berhad (EHB) akan membangunkan pangsapuri servis dilengkapi perabot termasuk empat unit lot komersial.

IPOH: Exsim Hospitality Berhad akan membangunkan pangsapuri servis dilengkapi perabot termasuk empat unit lot komersial di Jalan Sultan Idris Shah di sini.

Menurutnya, pangsapuri itu dibina di atas tanah seluas 0.52 hektar dengan nilai pembangunan kasar berjumlah RM230 juta. Beliau berkata kepada pemberita pada majlis menandatangani Memorandum Persefahaman bagi projek pembangunan tersebut di sini semalam. “Setiap unit akan dijual pada harga bermula RM800 hingga RM850 setiap kaki persegi dengan berkelengkapan penuh.Menurutnya, inisiatif pembinaan pangsapuri servis itu bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peluang perniagaan dan memacu perkembangan bandar raya Ipoh.
