HANOI: Vietnam will turn off 2G technology on land from September 16.
KUANTAN : Eggs , canned milk, and coconut milk were the most sought-after items at the Rahmah Sales held in conjunction with the Eastern Zone MADANI Rakyat programme over the past two days, selling out within just four hours of opening at 9am.
"We anticipate even higher demand for these items on the final day of the MADANI Rakyat programme. Today, we have 1,300 trays of eggs, 2,800 cans of milk, and 3,200 packs of coconut milk. A Bernama check at the site found that other necessities have also been selling well, including one-kilogramme Milo packs, five kg packs of Faiza Emas rice, and two kg packs of Buruh cooking oil, priced at RM14, RM15, and RM10, respectively.Homemaker Amira Afiff, 50, was delighted to find that chicken was being sold for only RM11, compared to market prices exceeding RM15.
