Education Ministry: Over one in three students couldn’t access online learning during MCO

“However, there were also 36.9 per cent of students who did not possess any device with which to follow online lessons,” he said. “Additionally, there were also restrictions from the aspect of limited Internet access. These were among the most significant obstacles as learning was not holistic and universal to all students,” the minister said.

However, he said his ministry would continue efforts to enhance online learning and teaching, including developing a comprehensive implementation strategy for digital classes.
