A member of the governorship campaign council of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Edo State, Regina Oviaesu, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, of deliberately frustrating their legal efforts.

's Returning Officer, Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, officially announced Okpebholo as the winner of the election. Okpebholo, according to needs to allow us to inspect the BVAS machines and electoral materials, and this must be done promptly, as the filing of our case in court is time-bound,' Oviaesu said on Arise TV on Tuesday.
