Eben and Anlia Etzebeth welcomed their first child together on 16 January. The baby was born in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. Almost two months later, Anlia shared the first photo revealing the face of their baby girl. Anlia had shared the photo of her and her baby girl’s reaction to Eben being nominated for Men’s Player of the Year at the 2023 SA Rugby’s Awards.
Anlia and Eben were the first Springboks couple to welcome a baby in 2024. Closely followed by Faf and Mine de Klerk, who welcomed their baby in February. While Handre and Marise Pollard are expecting their first child together in April.
