Nabanggit ni Tito Sen sa isang panayam na ipaglalaban nila ang titulong “Eat Bulaga” para magamit nila sa TV5 na posibleng magsimula na sa unang linggo ng July.Tito Sotto inaming wala sa plano ang magpaalam sa TAPE, mga ads sa ‘Eat Bulaga’ nag-pull out na rin?Handa rin daw nilang patunayan na si Joey ang nakaisip nito noong 1979 nang minsan silang magsama-sama at magkainan sa kanilang tahanan noon.
May mga chikang kapag hindi pumayag ang TAPE na bitiwan ang “Eat Bulaga” o ang “Dabarkads” ay hindi malayong mauwi ito sa demandahan. Sa ngayon, “Eat Bulaga” pa rin ang gamit ng TAPE sa pagpapatuloy ng programa sa GMA 7 with its new hosts Paolo Contis, Betong Sumaya, Buboy Villar at ang kambal na sina Mavy at Cassy Legaspi.
Kahapon, June 7, ibinandera na ng Mediaquest ang pagsasanib-pwersa nila ng TVJ at ng TV5 para sa gagawing programa ng iconic trio matapos ang pagre-resign nila sa TAPE.
